Our room had a terrible musty smell that made it unbearable. A dehumidifier was in the room, which we had to empty every few hours, adding to the hassle. The service was woefully inadequate. trash bins were emptied only twice in five days, and we had to beg for basic supplies like coffee packs. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was close to the 9/11 Memorial Park, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll amidst the city, as well as being just a quick walk from Shay's Restaurant & Lounge, where I enjoyed a great meal after exploring the area. the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really good too.

However, I did notice some rust in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall appearance. A bit of maintenance could really enhance the stay. During my visit, I also encountered an issue with the key card that required assistance. That could definitely use improvement. Despite these experiences, the staff were friendly and tried to address my concerns.

I loved how the large grassy area provided the perfect spot for my furry friend to roam! The chocolate chip cookies at the lobby were the sweetest surprise after a long day. Plus, the spacious and clean Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was a total dream for lounging around!
